When first purchased second hand
It was a cold winter night when Jacinta and I went to see Bike from its seller.
It was love at first sight! Jacinta and I looked at each other and we knew
I would be riding that SRV that very night! The previous owners had changed
the handlebars to make the bike a racer style bike. Not a good idea to change the steering of the bike. I
reistated the original handlebar and mirrors.
The Now look
This is what the bike looks like now. No bad, hey! Some minor facelifting
was necessary thus I replaced the vinal seat cover, and replaced the odometer globes.
My story:
I was riding before I was born! Notice my very pregnant Mother on a Vespa with Dad back in 1958 in Trieste, Italy. Those were the days for riding safe ..
no traffic, hey! When I was younger, and living in Italy, my parents did not allow me to ride a Vespa or a motorcycle.
They were afraid I would kill myself in Roman traffic!
Now as I am a big boy, I can decide for myself, so here I am finally riding a bike. Hopefully Aussie traffic will be kind towards me and spare my life!
Jacinta's story:
I love motorcycles! I am hoping Edward buys a brand new one so I can grab his Renaissa!
